Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

3. After sign-up, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left-hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my shipping charges going to be?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
We charge rates based on the estimated weight of the package. We include a premium over the published rates to cover the cost of insurance. FREE SHIPPING is not available.
Our shipping rates are based on either the Priority Mail International service or the Express Mail International service.
Priority Mail International offers an average delivery time of 7-10 business days and generally costs about 15% less than other options.
Express Mail International offers an average delivery time of 5-7 business days and offers tracking to major destinations. Delivery times are estimates to ship the package to your country's customs department (see next section).
We reserve the right to limit certain products due to shipping restrictions.
Am I responsible for customs fees and taxes?
YES! You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be incurred. Our shipping methods/rates are designed to deliver the package to your country's customs department. Your local carrier will contact you via the phone number and/or email address on your order to inform you of the customs fees/taxes and setup the payment and delivery.
