Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping Charges
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Please refer to any FREE SHIPPING promotion which will override our standard charges.
Total Delivery Times
On each item we sell, we give you the estimated total delivery time.
For special order bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mothers dresses and flower girl dresses, total delivery time is provided.
For all other products, we give you the processing time. To factor in your shipping times, read the next section below.
If you need the item quicker, call us and we can discuss your unique situation.
Rush Cut Delivery Times
Depending on the designer, rush cuts will shorten the time to process your order by 2 to 5 weeks. For more information, see the individual dress style.
Normal Shipping Times
USPS Priority Mail delivers packages to all U.S. destinations in 2-3 days which includes Saturday delivery. To see our estimated shipping times via UPS, click here.
You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Outside of the United States
Generally you should add one week to the quoted delivery times for special order dresses.
