The following represents our easy to understand terms and conditions of sale. Please read them carefully as they will be enforced when applicable.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
- All special order items including bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, mother dresses, wraps, jackets, gloves, or fabric.
- In short, any item(s) we specifically order for you.
- If we make a mistake when we place your order, we will correct it at our expense assuming there is enough time before the event. If we are limited by time, we will discuss our options with you.
- All undergarments as required by law.
- Any item that has been modified or altered in any way.
- Discontinued and/or clearance sale items.
Return Requirements:
- Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer at your expense.
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. You will be notified during the return procedure if necessary.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
