Wedding Party FAQ

An expert consultant will assist you in the selection process to help you find the perfect style and color for your bridal party.

The two months between picking out and placing order allows enough time for your party to be measured and pay in full. Please note we only take measurements when ready to pay and finalize the dress details.

SIZING NOTICE: Based on the measurements, one of our bridal consultants will recommend a size based on that designer's particular size chart. Most people will find that the recommended dress size is one to two sizes larger than what they normally wear. Do not fixate on the actual size but instead on how your measurements compare to the designer's size chart. Measurements may not line up perfectly with one particular size so we will recommend a size to fit your largest measurement. It is ultimately up to the customer on what size they choose to purchase.

Once everyone in the bridal party has paid in full, we will submit the entire order.

Each girl will need to come in and pick up the dress within 14 days after being notified of dress arrival. We highly recommend trying it on in the store so we can see the fit.

We understand that not everyone in the bridal party lives in the same city as the bride and groom. Once the bride has registered her bridal party, you can submit your measurements online anytime (see below) or call us at 812-853-1800 to give us your measurements and pay over the phone . We ask that you have a professional measure you. Please note if Ella Park Bridal does NOT perform the measurements, we can NOT be responsible for the fit.

--Your E-mail Address so we can send you your receipt.
--Your Cell Phone # so we can send you a text when the dress comes in.
--Shipping is available for an additional fee so we can send the dress to you when it arrives.

--Hollow-to-Hem (with heels you plan on wearing)

When you setup an appointment for a bridesmaid dress consultation, we reserve 90 minutes. This gives you ample time to select your dress styles and colors. We will then register your girls names and styles; have your girls measured; orders created and paid for.

Bridesmaid dresses are paid in-full at the time measurements are taken. Ella Park Bridal accepts cash, *check, all major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express).

All the dresses will be ordered when the entire bridal party has been sized and each order is paid in full. Any variation from this procedure could result in different dye lots and/or rush charges. No returns or exchanges are permitted on any purchase.

*Payment by Check: Please note we will delay ordering merchandise until we are notified by the bank that the check has cleared. This may take up to 10 business days. Checks can NOT be used as final payments. Returned check fee is $25.00.

Yes, Ella Park Bridal will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is delivered by your local mail carrier. Shipping charge is $10.99 per dress for addresses within the Continental U.S. and $15.99 for Hawaii, Alaska, California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington. International shipping is not available.

You may call us at 812-853-1800 to add it to your order with your shipping information. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the estimated date of arrival. Make arrangements to secure your package upon delivery. We are not responsible for unattended packages and/or delays beyond our control.
